Agency not serious. I advise against . It presents null hotels. It is necessary to check your hotels before presenting them on the site. The first hotel with you was a hotel with lots of cockroaches. The second hotel a badly polite reception with a manager who says the big words in front of foreign customers who do not understand it 😤. I was put out because I asked for a cart to put my luggage 😡😱☹
