Ben Jemâa Motors

So far so good Ben Jemâa Motors is the official BMW dealer in Tunisia. Their showroom in Tunis is a clean, well-lit place where you can discover some of the world's ultimate driving machines. The salesman I was assigned was helpful and the experience of buying a tax-free machine was trouble-free, which is expected seeing the Bavarian company's reputation--and high price bracket. The delivery experience was very exciting, with the vehicle well taken care of and the main modes and functions of the car explained. I was also given a welcome package with some small presents (nothing very expensive though). A free first service would have been better than some cheap local or made-in-China goods. By all means, that was nice of BJ Motors and better than nothing at all. The quality of the aftersales service still remains to be verified against actual experience, so I will be updating this review to add more feedback about warranty, maintenance and running costs. I just hope I will not have to confirm some of the frightening reviews below. For now, so far so good.

I bought a car 7 years ago, 05/2012 and right after 3 years they made me change the cooling system. And since then I have issues with the water recipient. I have to fill it up every 3 weeks. It got empty and when I took it to the BMW representative in Tunisia , they told me i need to re change again. First it is so upsetting to buy a new BMW car and have to change the cooling system so quickly , I thought I bought a good brand but from I realize I m very disappointed. And what is infuriating is I need to change again and that is really expensive and more important I m not even a big driver and I have to change again. I’ m awfully disappointed with my car and the way things were handled with me. I thought I was buying from BMW nonetheless the location. I already sent a complaint to Tunisia representative and filed a complaint at both location since April 2018 and I have never heard anything back. the Car is a piece of junk. in addition to all that we feel because we are in AFRICA that nobody has acknowledge us. We get the bad cars because we are in AFRICA. All these people have read my email and never responded !!!!!!

Extremely terrible service. They are not worth having the franshise. No one answers the phone Have been waiting two full days for only a diagnosis and they never called to alologize for the delay. I regret bringing my car to them.

Super arrogant sales and after sales employees. Made me regret buying a Bmw. They dont even have a single hotline for scheduling appointments neither they do answer the phone. Hopefully there is baccouche auto in sousse which is more professional and was worth the 2 hours drive from Tunis for me.
