I took my iPhone8 to be fixed. They charged me 50TND without fixing it. Fortunately, I have checked it before taking it back. The customer service is so terrible. Very crowded place and no one will pay attention to you.

Really balanced experience with MyTek as they offer really competitive prices and wide diversity of products.
There are couple of issues though:
- Unorganized point of sale process leading to confusion and outrageous waiting times (one competitor of Mytek that I used to hate have completely reorganized his store and customer handling process and I moved now my purchases to them as it’s more efficient)
- When you order online and schedule a pickup at their store, you still have to wait... (WHY?)
- When you order online for products that shows In Stock, you might receive a call to tell you that those products are back ordered.
So unless they reorganize their messy store and take care of customer experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
PS : the store senior guy (Akram/Makram?) is really helpful, knowledgeable and caring, he should receive more support from his management to get the store in order quicker.
