Delighted by a previous purchase made in this shop in August, I admit that I was disappointed with my last purchase on December 29th. I feel like I was robbed which is not very pleasant. Indeed, I bought for more than 50 euros (which seemed expensive to me at the time ...) of cakes on the basis that my small package weighed 961grams, or when I weigh it at home, my balance which show the real weight, show a weight of 826g, knowing that your saleswoman has also put a lot of transparent paper in my little box ... So, I am disgusted. In addition, your salespeople have the bad habit of never giving tickets or proof of purchase which is very annoying in this type of situation ... I will therefore no longer go through this shop which has either hardly professional staff, or who uses defective equipment. Getting it wrong on 130g is serious, it's theft!

Today, July 30th, 2019 at 11am, I received the worst service at this place by an employee, who hates his work, hates Masmoudi's clients, and hates himself sickly. It's incredibly miserable as a way of treating clients: lack of respect, unprofessionalism, arrogance and 'free enmity'. I did not have time, it was very tight for my flight, otherwise I would take faroucehment serious measures. I took the leaders of Masmoudi to take my review seriously!
