I went to the route de marsa shell station (near the crossroads) and this yesterday around 2:20 p.m. I took the penultimate lane from the left side I asked the employee to serve me for 20d ( it was a young person who is 30 years old or a little more he is white) when leaving the station I noticed that the needle did not move I thought at one point that this will be remedied by taking the path I was already rushed because my child is waiting for me at the faculty my doubt has been overcome by the fact that the needle keeps falling again and the red zone of the indicator flashes me all the way. I was really very disappointed by this case which affects the image of the shell company.
Following my complaint I had a contact with Mr. Ameur who informed me that a manager of the station will contact me, thing done after less than an hour and it was Mr. Imed who offered me to come on hand to see what to do. Around 4:30 p.m. I went there and after checking we found that the fuel needle was not moved by an incident that can happen from time to time I am formally convinced of this fact and I want to present all my apologies for the station and its employees which remains a model of proffessionalism and thank you for the listening and the immediate reactions. to continue on this good road of conduct.
