Good morning all, I share with you a very bad experience Sweet House Bakery By Chef Elyes Naouar On the occasion of the 11th birthday of my cousin's daughter, March 20, and given the significance of this date, we were kind enough to do things. On March 15, we went to his workshop and we placed an order for 275DT (two cakes and 25 donuts) and we especially insisted that the delivery be assured on March 20 at 4 p.m. (luckily it was written on the invoice) . On D-day and at 4 p.m. the delivery man was not there, we called the pastry chef himself Mr elyes who did not answer, once, 2 times, 3 times after several calls he finally picked up to tell us that he did not answer. There was no order for this Saturday, in short after a long discussion, he said to us: 'in half an hour you will have your cake' (with an unpleasant and rude tone). After 6 p.m. the famous cake arrives, to our surprise we call him to say that it was not what we had agreed, he answers us as follows: 'you don't like leaving it' (apart from his correction ). The concern was not for the money paid but the disappointment of the mother, a birthday party and above all the joy of a ruined little girl ...
