Very good bank but poor customer service. I had a very bad experience today at the Carthage Dermech agency. I was verbally assaulted by one of the cashiers named Amel Lamdeni for asking her colleague to drop me a check at their branch (which is not mine but the one closest to my home). The reason for his annoyance was that I was not "grateful" enough for this operation which is obviously a "service" to which all customers would not be entitled (yes I am talking about a trivial check deposit). It is inadmissible to be treated in this way.
