I really like the service and the staff I went for coloration and hair treatment. It was a bit expensive , I am satisfied They are so professional quick and quite . Well done 👍

I am shocked. Horrible service! Especially the woman who is responsible for the entrance area and who's taking the money. Catastrophic results! Real catastrophy! I have the feeling they just hiring workers with no real beauty education ....especially for nails it's the case. They put a friend of mine the wrong nail tip for the feed on her hand ...just guess how looks like. I am just disappointed and I want to inform and give the advice that this experience there ...it's totally not worth it. High price for bad quality. I was never treated like this before . And I regret going there. Ps: it's actually 0 stars. There's not even one worth.

So bad in service time and not clean , they don't respect your time our you they deal with you as thing that will pay not as customer that they take care of him. I'll Never go back there.

Terrible. Appointments were at 5pm. We arrived at 4:30pm. No one was at reception to meet us and we had to flag down a staff. We were totally IGNORED until approximately 6pm (the staff looked completely overwhelmed as though management had booked too many appointments). So 1.5 hours later, at 6pm, after complaining multiple times, a lovely (overwhelmed) lady did my make up and it was gorgeous. Then, only after my friend got in a huge argument with the manger, I finally got my hair done (again by a very overwhelmed and stressed out looking staff member) and it was a 10 min job that looked nice but started to fall out after only 30 mins and I had to ask my friend to re-pin it. Then. To top it off, the manager didn’t even give me a discount. We left the salon at 6:45pm incredibly late, disappointed and upset. Finally, I feel very sorry for the staff who do not seem to be well treated by management (who is taking on too many appointments at the same time).

Worst service ever.the manager (or the responsible) very rude.they let me to wait 40 min,time i was asking if all stuff are busy or when they will take me and she was just telling me still is time.i came even earlier with ten minutes to my appointment just to avoid any delay.they say they have a bride so i can wait,the question was what you will marry?my god i am a customer as all.if they want to pay more attention for the bride they should know how to manage them program.very bad experience!
