I went there for a hair colour just to be handed to the assistant who did an okay job. Eventually i realized that the main hair specialist work only for certain people who he knows or some "famous" individuals for the same price i paid!!
Careful!!! I had an appointment for a wedding at my hotel and the girl never appears! The shop contacted me to know the details and when I explained the situation... I did not receive even an apology from them! Lack of professionalism
Very unhappy with this salon's services. You'd think some of the staff members must really hate their salon to sabotage it all that much! Went there for a "little" haircut, the girl left me with hair I couldn't even tie. I've been going through hell with this haircut all summer. I've never hated a haircut the way I hate this one, especially that throughout her work, I kept telling the hairdresser that I didn't want it short, she kept saying she knew her job very well. She was both incompetent and unprofessional: she even gave me her personal number claiming she could offer me a better keratin treatment price than her boss!!!! Extremely disappointed! :(
We waited 2 hours here in the salon and they gave us the rong appointment so I don’t recommend waiting 2 hours just to cut your hair
