Je suis y partie pour faire de mèches...je voulais des mèches à papier aluminium...ils m'ont déconseillés. Je me suis dit, ils sont les profi alors on fait ce qu'ils proposent ! La vache. Je passais plus que 3:30 heures chez eux. Le résultat...pas convaincue...ils ont fait deux fois le travail...non merci

I loved the team, the work, the welcome. 100% ❤️ On the other hand very bad service at the level of the boss YOSRA !! Seriously very big lack of good manners, of know-how, very bad language! She had even reached the point of pushing my sister-in-law .. in short, quite an experience !!!! I do not recommend you !! Very great lack of professionalism !!!!!!

1st time at MYM. I really enjoyed my experience. The cleanliness, temperature and service at the Hammam as well as the warm welcome from the team at the center exceeded my expectations. The price of the package I had selected was affordable compared to the quality of care. For a Sunday evening, I think the atmosphere was still relaxing despite there being several clients including a bride and her guests to prepare. The only 2 points to improve that I could perhaps raise, it is the size of the place but especially the attitude of certain employees. As for the places, I was "lucky" to be the last to return to the Hammam, so I was there all alone and I took the opportunity to relax. As for the attitude, as in the majority of the centers that I have visited in Tunisia, unfortunately, some employees are either exhausted or they work there just because they have no other choice. .. I unfortunately felt this atmosphere, maybe I'm wrong. Otherwise, I hope I am not the only client who notes this last point. As they say, the walls have ears not to mention the cameras filming almost every corner ... I hope that on my next visit the small irritants will not be so obvious😉 Courage and above all good luck to the whole team and their manager❣️
