We went for a blow-dry at the last minute, we came across this available and empty lounge on a Sunday morning, I asked for a curly brushing, she started with a brushing with a brush, she did not touch the roots, so the result was not satisfactory. Usually with my hair, the important thing is the roots and not the bottom. The assistant noticed that I was not satisfied, she told me that we must wait until the end. I accepted and anyway I can not see my hair especially with the mirror curved up (never seen before). Then she tried to make the curls with a straightener at 155 degrees (it's too little to impose the shape) She finished, I was not satisfied at all. I tried to explain to him that the roots are not well done. She understood me too much. I told him it's good since I lost hope. She called her boss, he tried to fix the roots (it's the only 5min where I felt heat) I found myself with half smooth hair half curly, At first contact with the wind, as if I did not blow dry, finally I redid it ... FYI, we were 3 with three different types of hair and it was with two different assistants but it gave the same result ... So I do not recommend ...
