Dealing with this dealer and brand manager Faten Tellissi has been a nightmare. We have a car for which we cannot get an extended warranty due to the corrupt system of the Porsche dealership. They swindle the customer to make more money because they know that customers have no choice but to bring the vehicle for service and maintenance and refuse to sell the warranty. Everywhere else in this world, in Dubai, France, Canada, Porsche has the right to buy the extended warranty, but the Tunisian dealer does not authorize it because they are corrupt and scam customers.

Porsche dealership is more expensive than in France, quote for Porsche Cayenne transfer case is twice as expensive as in France or Germany! I would like to tell you avoid this concession but you have no choice huh. In France we have a concession in each big city.
