We try to call almost everyday but no one answer.from 13 August im wait for termin,all my papier ready to give it.ihad a termin at 29 in germany but nobody here care.my wife and me always we try to contact u by emails phone call but Nein.warum bitte Danke

I'm calling calling calling and no answer as always. I leave in München and i came to tunisia to sign some papers in the embassy And i went there and they say i need ro send an email to the consular and wait coupleof days. And i have been waiting from days for an answer and still didn't get anything back and i will fly back to Munich without anything because of their radical service.

Very very bad service. Not answering the phone. Not responding our emails and texts. No way to book for an appointment to legalize my documents. Shaaaaaaame on you

very bad service they don't replay when you make a call , and if you get an appointment via website of the german embassy they take too mutch time min between 4 to 6 week to call back

Imagine an embassy where security guards offer to trade your place in the waiting line for money. They do that all the time, and use the fact that some people can't wait for 4 hours to simply apply for a visa, not to mention days to get the answer. While waiting, you can't use your phone, or drink or use a restroom. It's really inhumane sometimes. The embassy personal is professional though, but no one is trying to improve the conditions outside the offices. You get the feeling that by applying for a VISA, you re bothering..
