No answer for phone calls , no answer for emails also . I missed my conference , i lost my money for nothing .im veryy veryyyy dissapointed .

If I could give ZERO star I would. British embassy in Tunisia do not even answer phone calls. In the last year or so I phoned them may be 50 times and nobody ever picked up the phone. This is the worst experience EVER!

Security less than helpful when my partner was stuck in Tunisia but the consular officials moved heaven and Earth to get her an emergency travel document to get her home. Couldn't praise them enough. Thank you

They are not helpful. .I cant see the use for having it while it's not even answer the phone
