We called today at 6 pm and were told that the driver will be there in 10 minutes and that we will receive a text message confirmation. After 50 minutes we called again to check and were told an available taxi is near our area. We waited another 10 minutes still no taxi in sight. I had to walk with my companion who had a disability to the main road to catch a taxi. Unbelievable! I don't think it works. It seems like the only thing reliable about this service is that they pick up the phone and someone responds to you

i had quite a good experience with E-Taxi , was on time (5:00 AM) and a polite driver (Zied Balti ), he deserves 5 Starts

the taxi driver was on time, we asked for a big car, great service, the only problem is we needed 2 vehicles as one vehicle can only take 4 passengers so we had to order a second car which came after 5 minutes

2nd time we use your services, quick answer & the taxi driver was on time to drive us to the airport. We'll use it next year when we'll come back, great job !
