Very very good coffee and bread-oriented cafe - forget healthy here. No wait, they have tea, fresh juice and omelet. What they serve is fantastic. Good quality and beautiful presented too. Where Paul flunks, is how long it takes to prepare the food. It can take up to an hour to have your serving. You need patients if you want to enjoy Paul - and a lot of time. Once I ordered a burger (it's fantastic here!!). When I ordered I asked for mayo and ketchup to come with it. The burger was served 45 mins later without the sides. I kindly reminded the waiter of the mayo and ketchup. It was brought to me 30 minutes later. Patients costumers !!

Even tho the service was good, and thank god they know how to press the buttons to make a coffee with a machine, they seem to not know how to make a Hollandaise Sauce. Ain’t it from France ? Some say it’s the mother sauce of french cuisine. Well what happened to it? Well like its idiom; France is all bark no bite. 2 unseasoned poached egg over 2 sponges that was supposed to be bread (so much for a bakery) and an attempt of a hollandaise sauce. That wasn’t it.
