Sav zero responsibility, they try to stolen you however it possible, and they know nothing about fixing the machine, after 2 month when i buy a cutter, i fixed twice, and the second time they told me you have to pay, (when it is Still in warranty). Anyway try to not buy anything from here. Ther not Professional

I bought from you machines over fifteen million, but after one year the problems start, we exchange "Joanne Contour" it cost 185,000, a little plastic, and it installed in less than two minutes, 185000.
