Horrible customer service!!
I kept waiting for a simple Americano that I ordered THREE times, the server kept ignoring me! I had to leave after waiting for 30min, and I received no apology!!
NB to Administration: Please consider training your staff on GOOD MANNERS.
I have been with my fiance several times to this restaurant. Pretty quaint and lovely ambiance. The old tunis el medina made it so exquisite and interesting to visit. In my opinion the food could have been better as I tasted better ones in tunis. The couscous was a little plain but okay. The service is so quick and professional the place is nicely decorated and clean so clean. The owner is an amazing person always supervising for the best of his clients.it was a memorable experience see you again hopefully
I had been to this restaurant three times in three days at Tunis, nice environement, best coffee i've had so far in Tunis and i feel safe and comfort from the outside chaotic market
I was going to rate it 3 stars, but when i remembered the food taste i rated 4.
I tried the breakfast was really tasty and fresh, good concept good place but the services are really bad and they don't treat customers the same, we had our order missing the juice we asked twice for it but we didn't get it.
Prices are affordable, the outdoor area are nice but too sunny to stay there in a hot weather.
Tasty, but pricier than standard restaurants. The first floor is for dining, but walk up to the terrace for a nice tea saloon and good views. It's on a busy street, so it's worth to take a break here.
