I arrived at 12:21 but found that the agency is already closed!
Moreover, the schedule proposed on Google Maps is incorrect, they claim to work between 12.30 and 13.30 which is not the case as shown in the attached photo.
Suddenly, I find myself obliged to waste a precious hour for no reason and without being warned in advance.
Really it is a null and unacceptable behavior on the part of a bank which bases its reputation on the loyalty of its customers!
