Hello, another disappointing service in Sousse, the service is definitely at its lowest !!!. A bank as recognized as the biat should not hire such unpleasant and rude people. The person who refused to change me today (using the passport as an identity document as an excuse, hey, I have never been asked to do so and I had my identity card with me. UBCI neighbor accepted !!) should be put in the closet, it will serve as a lesson in knowing how to be. In short, unacceptable. To the best of my mind.

why you require such document for a personal loan does not exceed 5 miles 'irrevocable salary domiciliation letter' legalized ... as ana my account is domiciled in biat for 5 years even without withdrawing money

The stockbroker does not give the exact exchange rate. It allows them to earn some dinars on the backs of tourists apparently ....
