Shameful personal service, employees tend to ignore and lie to customers to justify their laziness.
An interminable wait, an unpleasant welcome. We walk on the head, is it a private bank that depends on the satisfaction of its customers? This is not the impression I got today. Even when the operations are complicated, a simple pleasant word to make wait the other customers would be enough !!!
I think it's the craziest bank I've ever seen highly discouraged
