Beautiful views,friendly staff, plenty of activities and good food
Good food and poor management service. My first visit was great 10 days ago, my second was truly unpleasant. Starting with the Host who insisted on assigning a table for us, when we didn't like her choice, we were told to consume worth of 300 DT of food/drinks in way to be able to select a spot of our choice.
Anyway, I advice to keep you personal items hidden and away from public eyes including staff.
True story: toward the end of the day, We went for a last swim, but it was very windy, so we came back to collect our belongings from the table, and a sunglasses was missing. I complained to the manager and too little was done to help...he only offered to call us the next day if he finds it, which is total no sense....after arguing Tunisian style for 15-20 min, involving more staff and witnesses, and making a big scene on the spot, a staff brought the sunglasses out from the kitchen, and handed it to the bartender.....How it got there? That's the $1M question!!!!
I will never visit this hole again.
It is a nice hotel calm the foods are Good and delicious
