I go to the Yves Rocher store in the Sousse shopping center to buy a hydration cream and ask for a sample of a cream. Having a very sensitive and very reactive skin, I want to make sure that the product will not cause reactions like red patches before buying it (problem that I have already encountered in the past and had to throw away the cream or give it). Not surprisingly, the sales consultant tells me that they do not have samples of this cream or other creams in store. I ask her to pay by credit card but she looked at me in a weird way, and when I inserted my bank card, she told me that the payment was failed and informs me that it was not possible to pay by card. I admit that this disappointed me enormously. I do not recommend continuing to buy Yves Rocher products at this location.
