if you camp on the street you will have better experience than this hotel provides
I am currently in this hotel from 14th August I go today with my 4 year old and the Chief Security told us to leave him outside with him. I am shocked the security asks for my husbands number.
They have no social distancing and no respect for Tourist
Terrible
The worst! Their food makes you throw up or you spend your vacation on toilet. They can't handle that much people. Everyone is so loud there. Employees try to look at your body all the time if you are not women. The woman that was supposed to clean our room wanted money from us even though she wasn't supposed to. The only drink they give you is in tiny cup so you have to go for it again over and over or be dehydrated. Oh and they won't give you anything to drink if you are in swimsuit.
I don’t recommend this place at all. From our arrival, we discovered that the receptionists are so rude. We kept waiting for 3h to check in. Each time we stay in the line waiting for our turn and when finally we reach the front desk they tell us in a bad manner to go back in 10 minutes and it repeats again and again. To crown, it’s a bad service.
