Disappointed with Meublatex (msaken) Lack of professionalism, missed deadline and no communication with the client. You have to pay the entire order then you have to beg them and call them many times to receive your product First and last time at Meublatex

I was at the Meublatex showroom. I wanted to buy a leather lounge, 6 chairs and 3 mattresses. The seller was very kind and promised to send me leather samples first and then send me a quote for the whole lot. 14 days have passed so far and no one has contacted me by email or phone. I received no quote yet I was going for the purchase with the prices displayed. Really bad for me (I wasted my time at home) and a pity for them (a loss in their income). Today I contacted another supplier and I closed a deal of 12.0000 dt only by phone. I was not at home, but they showed me everything by video. The supplier was efficient and fast. That's how we work .... Too bad Meublatex.
