An order to place the month of June, delivery scheduled for August 26th maximum ... I called at the beginning of August their answer was: Don't worry madam, we will deliver to you on August 26th ... I call within two days The same answer ... I called the day before to know the delivery time and the surprise that my order is not ready !!! And they know full well that I live outside of Tunisia and my flight will be on August 29 ... I call customer service, no one answers, I call the after-sales service she tells me that I am not allowed to talk about our indoor kitchen with a cool head ... and her solution when you come back next year she will be ready !!! And for her to pick up the phone she tells me I'll see what I can do for you and call you back ... But she doesn't call back and when I called no one does not answer ... service Nothing but a scam !!!
