Went in and made appointment as I could not get in that day. Had long hair. Asked for cut and permenant wave shoulder lengthy, provided a picture. Told it would not be exact as I have thin hair, I understood. However, I ended up with chemically burned hair 3 inches long! Christel panicked and started to chop all my hair off. No style what so ever! I could not immefiately tell the extent of the damage to my hair until we left the shop. I have chunks missing, my hair turned to BURNT FRIZZ with in half hr of leaving! I cried! I'm imbarrassed to go in public! I NEED a hair cut with structure now after spending $130DT! Called them to tell them I was unhappy, crying, they told me Christel was busy can't talk to me, to call back next day. No remorse. For someone with 25 yrs experience and not know what she did to me and my hair is rediculous! She did NOT CARE. Just another foreigner who will go home! I hope u can sleep knowing what emotional distress you have caused. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON

Love this place! I had a haircut and color, I wanted something different since I had the same hairstyle for nearly a decade. They helped me choose a flattering cut and style. I went from blonde to dark brown, long hair to short and loved it! Staff is wonderful and very kind. I can’t wait for my next haircut!

Very pleasant hairdressing salon, well located and very welcoming staff. You can also have body treatments (Massage, waxing, manicure ...). I highly recommend.
