The service is mediocre, not at all professional, lack of transparency in the communication of information, the breakfasts missed because of the early departure for the excursions and we were not even entitled to a lunch pack that following the request the group and not the agency to end up with a ridiculous mini sandwich, access to the hotel possible but not obvious by bus and as an easy solution, we are forced to hit the 20 minute walk to reach the gathering point and it is important to be on time because the attendant does not wait, not easy to find his way without getting lost in the streets of the old city, so the galley good morning to be at the time, same story to leave the hotel, we had to lug our heavy luggage up the slope and find the bus, a mini bus that could not transport everyone because there were many, suddenly, some had to wait a another bus that did not not presented in time which created antravel travelers for fear of arriving late at the airport and missing the plane, in short total absence of organization. In short, a total lack of assistance and a lack of professionalism at all.
