A good young man works in this office, he helped us a lot, because the Internet didn't want to work because of the phone and we came to this office several times. This is not the only office in the city, there are quite a few of them and, surprisingly, the prices for SIM cards are slightly different.
As a rule, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi. If this is not enough, for example, you need the Internet when walking in the city for navigation, then in Tunisia the Internet and communication is organized simply by buying a tourist SIM-card. I recommend buying an ooredoo 25GB operator card for 27 dinars, at the checkout in the nearby Palms Center, you can do this on the very first day, you can pay from the card. Cashiers understand Russian. This is the cheapest, but not the only option.
Tunisia has at least three operators providing communication services: Tunisie Telecom, Orange Tunisie (Orange) and ooredoo. The most optimal is ooredoo, this operator has the largest number of offices and, in my opinion, the best offers for tourists. As the operator explained to me in one of the ooredoo offices, the cost of a SIM card is as follows: 1 dinar for 1 GB + 5 dinars for the SIM card itself. The last 5 dinars is at the discretion of the seller and it can be either less or more.
To buy a SIM card, a foreign passport is required, the requirement is the same as in Russia. If you need to top up your balance, you can do it in any ooredoo salon, but only again at the rate, and not for any amount. The tariffs are the same as when purchasing a SIM card:
about 3 GB - 10 TND
6 GB - 15 TND
25 GB - 25 TND
