I arrived on 05/09/2019. When the coach dropped me off at the gates, i was informed by Security the hotel was closed, had been for a few months. I was absolutely fuming as i paid to stay here. The travel agents said they didnt know it was closed, i rang my Tunisian friend who came and took me back to his family home in Zbid near Madhia. I have had a full refund on the hotel but that doesn't covef the emotional stress that this situation caused me.
Nice and clean rooms , friendly service but boring animation
it was a shock when I intered the hotel ..... very very very dirty ...... full of insects ..... all kind of insects ..... even rates ..... I was shocked ....... even the restaurant was very dirty ..... I couldn't eat .... coz it was full of insects .... flies .... mosquito ..... I was really shocked ..... I changed the hotel immediately .... I couldn't stay 24 hours .... really it was very dirty.
Dont bother has 2 b the worse hotel wev stayed in so far.
If you are looking for luxury this is a good choice
