The check was very long and complex. Unfortunately no Wifi connection was available. Nevertheless, the personal is making an effort being nice, they are also making efforts in terms of food. Overall, it can do better
Big hotel never get bored
Huge hôtel, good location
Messed up our booking for a duplex, ended up spending two weeks sharing a room with me my husband 13 year old step son and 11 year old daughter... literally in one room. 50% of the time the double bed duvet had no cover on, 100% of the time the kids had none. No compensation or apology. Paid for something we never received. Food plain and repetitive every day and raw meat served on two occasions, the second time we noticed too late and had to go back to our room to make ourselves vomit in order to avoid food poisoning. Shame, hotel has potential but terribly run.tunisia is lovely..this hotel is not! Animation staff are the best thing that they have going! Well done to diago and djo.
the rooms 1xx. 2xx, 3xx, 4xx, 5xx and 6xx are very dirty and far away from beach. Wifi works rarely and only at reception. At the free bar, beer was served into 150 ml plastic glasses.
