Al-Thuwaibat School was established in 1950 and 40 dwellings were built next to it within the literacy project under the supervision of the late Hashemi bin Al-Haj Massoud and the Minister of Endowments, Nasr bin Said.The first name was "Al-Hedaya" and then changed to the dirt area.
