i want to say something about this agency is HORRIBLE ... DISGUSTING ... DON'T GO THERE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS AGENCY IS TERRIFYING ... Unfortunately I learned of a story from one of my relatives with this agency. I imagine if the incident was with a stranger then the tourist office would have intervened. Rent a car already within 3 years with a mechanical failure which is the wear of the clutch disc during these 3 years. So the last one who hires pays the towing bill, getting sunburned and in addition 200 dinars under the threats to keep the guarantee check. !!!!!!. it's really shocking to put it mildly.

I have the honor to give the 1st opinion to this rental agency which is nuuuuulllee !!! I rented a car which is already more than 3 years in rental and it has done renewal just a month since 07/17/2020 ie during the period that I rented the car. After we got the car, it broke down, the problem was with the clutch disc not working. We called the agency and the manager, we were on the road at noon and it is very hot. We were outside of Sfax so we asked for a car and a tow to help us out he said it's not his problem and we have to pay for the tow! Bad service honestly who doesn't care about customers knowing we hired the car for the 4th time!
