I have the honor to give my opinion to this rental agency which is nuuuuulllee !!!
I rented a car which is already more than 3 years in rental and it has done renewal just a month since 07/17/2020 ie during the period that I rented the car.
After we got the car, it broke down, the problem was with the clutch disc not working.
We called the agency and the manager, we were on the road at noon and it is very hot.
We were outside of Sfax so we asked for a car and a tow to help us out he said it's not his problem and we have to pay for the tow!
Bad service honestly who doesn't care about customers knowing that we hired the car for the 4th time!
In addition to that it is a bad reception pity that in your country you find people who steal money and in addition they do not respect people and especially women !!
