I booked OMRA for my father, poor service, poorly organized, (even they do not know the departure point of passengers "Terminal II or Tunis Carthage airborne", lack of professionalism, the information on site is not correct: hotel very far from the sacred mosque, the distance displayed on the site is not exact, guide not helpful and not available (he is absent even between 02 and 03 days during the period of OMRA) the response to my complaint (after 10 days of waiting): was: it is beyond our control, a reduction of 50 dt will be granted for a next reservation!
