Compared to the experience I had at the Fatales Lac 1 store, this one was definitely far better. I was definitely feeling welcome when I walked into the store. They didn't have the product that I was looking for but they kept assuring me that it wasn't a problem and they could order it. They didn't shut the door in my face and make it seem as if there were no options like the other store did. They super kind and helpful and kept apologize for the experience we had at the other store even though it wasn't their fault. Definitely recommend visiting this Fatales store, they have a variety of items and they'll bring you anything you need to the store.
