I will never go back to this Apple Store again. They totally screwed up my order for seven iPads and seven cases. They originally offered me a discount of 20% on the cases, but the cases were for the wrong type of iPad. They had me over a barrel and when I try to exchange the cases are they would offer me something that cost twice as much and they offered me no discount on those cases I will never ever shop here again and I am going to complain to headquarters for Apple and let them know how terribly they treat their customers

It already opens around 11am (an hour later than the recorded opening time) and after waiting all this time I find myself disappointed by the poor service in this shop.
In other words, if you plan to go to iStore, in my own opinion it is better to drive the few minutes to go to the one at the Lake rather than settle your business in this shop.
Finally, I was always a loyal customer for the Apple company, but after the quality of reception I had I start to change my ideas, or you motivate your employees so that they really work and do what needs to be done or you change them.
Thieves ! An iPhone cable that costs the eyes of the head and which burns out after a few months ?? This is the first time this has happened to me and it’s in this store.
Slow and poor service. One person running the store in the afternoon with a lack of professionalism that should put the brand to shame.
