Hello everyone, I share with you my mishap with this brand. Following their announcements of reduction of up to 50%, I decided to place an order on their site (knowing that I usually buy from the store in manar city). I place the order on 09/02/20, I am immediately sent a message telling me that my order is being prepared and an email where I am sent the invoice to be paid ... After 3 days d 'calls the number noted on the latter ... It does not answer .. I call back another day, a lady answers me to ask me to be patient given the enormous number of orders. On the 7th I call back, I am told that my order is ready and that it will be shipped on November 9 by Aramex. I called today, 11/10/20, after consulting my order history which says it is being prepared, no one answers ... I am sent an email telling me that my order is canceled ... We also find the time to respond to all my messages and FB comments to tell me that my order is canceled ... It is not serious at all, customer relationship service leaves something to be desired and to conclude, it is not this is not how you are going to retain your customers. One thing is certain, I will not order from you again and I do not recommend you at all ...
