I believe this is the only real 5 stars hotel in Tunisia, I did my wedding there and it was a dream come true, thanks to Hanen and Marwa I had the best time there, every little single detail was thought about! The service was amazing, everyone is super friendly I have no complaints 👌😉 keep up the good work! This hotel made the standards a bit high for other 5 stars hotels in Tunisia.

With no doubt, this is one of the nicest hotels you can stay in, in Tunisia. The room is really comfortable and extremely nice and modern. Food is so delicious. With different backgrounds and types, I guess each and every one can find his pleasure in the restaurants here. Warm pool is missing. There are no many activities to do in the resort. some negative points should also be mentioned: we were told while checking in that someone will be taking care of us and making sure that everything is going well during our stay. The same person didn't recognise us the next day 🤷‍♂️ today is the 31.12.2020, we paid twice for the same thing. We paid for the standard night with breakfast and dinner. We paid extra for the new year's dinner and breakfast for the next day. Why should I pay twice for two services when I can only enjoy one of them! In addition to that, I find it frustrating to have both in the restaurant, a self-service buffet and people serving you and picking food for you. Why can't we have only one of them? Why should I go to the buffet and have someone next to me filling my plate? The resort itself is one of a kind, but I think a lot of details should be reviewed and some points should be ameliorated in order to make the experience more and more exceptional. My kindest salutations to the friendly and nice stuff of the resort.

Probably the best hotel in Tunisia. Great place to go when you’re exploring the south. Only thing I really wish they had was heated pools (even the private ones aren’t heated)... :(

The arrival day was my birthday, we have been there at 2 pm, the girl from reception was sooo slowly, at 3 pm my husband mad went and asked the receptionist when our villa will be ready, she said she doesnt know and we should go and have lunch ( brunch time ) while there was a bunch of people without masks, we didnt accept as we were tired from driving many hours. The slim girl from reception was useless and no wearing mask, just going around speaking and touching her manager, while didnt inform us about anything, does she gets paid for ?? Im pretty sure that many girls didnt even got any training for this job and are there for something else. It was 3.30pm a guy Aymen approached and took us to our villa also showed around, he was very kind and helpful. The villa was decorated with ballons and happy birthday which was nice. However they had to prepare earlier to not make me wait while i want to celebrate. All 2 nights we ordered food, we tried to avoid contacting other people however its still cov-19. The food was excellent 👌. One problem at the villa, the fireplace next to pool wasnt working ((((. In general was a nice stay, but the management team is very slow .They should fire some useless people from reception.
