This hotel needs a lot of maintenance and improvement, and urgently! We were in a group of 12 people and in each and every of the 6 rooms we stayed in, we had some problems, either there was dirt under one bed or the heating didnt work or there was no remote control, and so on...The indoor pool was too cold and one lift didnt work. Although the food and service are good, and overall it looks like a great hotel, it is not like the other hotels of the same category in Tunis.
it would be good to do some renovation. There were no hair dryers in the room, and was not possible to rent any at the reception
definitely not a 4 stars hotel.
Despite the fixtures and fittings in the rooms being a bit dated and in need of some tlc (remembering that tourism had been hit badly, in recent years) the place is actually quite good and I don't understand the negative comments it has received. Staff were professional and courteous at all times, despite rude guests. Food was very good and everything was very clean. Good value.
