Calm, warm, cool place to spend the night at. The restaurant isn't really good.
It is a maze of a hotel (literally), the rooms are simple, but in every one of them there is a normal bed and a niche on a wall with a mattress which serves as the second bed (or third). Very cool!
It was a mightmare for me and my family. I was humiliated and tgrratened by a waiter and when I wanted to complain to the manager the receptionist told me that there was no manager. I had to wait for 2 hours to talk to a person in charge but in vain. I finally called the local police who had been very nice and dealt with the guy. When they took him to the police station the manager suddemly appeared. I wouldn't recommend it at all. 0
It's in a very good location and has a creative room styles with an amazing view. A very nice stop before reaching douz and tozeur. Not far from the city center. Best time to go is at the end of the year but it would be a bit crowded by then.
Nice hotel and the team is quiet friendly well situated for those who search for something isolated peaceful and traditional
