These people let us wait 6 hours for a part to be assembled on our Mercedes. It should be noted that the great foreman left us there to take his daily nap. They told us at the start that we would have a maximum wait of 1 hour. We finally figured out that they were driving around town to find the part we were missing and that they wanted to charge us double its value. We finally left and took our part from a competitor. In conclusion, these gentlemen are dishonest and worthless. They have no respect for their client. I urge you to avoid these thieves.

Very badly received. I had my alternator replaced, not even a year ago today it is out of service: invoice supports 600 dinar. I brought my car back to the same garage, the manager spoke to me like nothing and told me to get out with my car. No preservation of BMW's brand image. No care given to the client. I will not fail to report this incident to the headquarters BMW Tunisia as well as BMW Germany with the invoice by registered letter. I do not recommend this garage to anyone.
