Very good first experience at the Menzel Temime store, the saleswoman was very nice. Second visit 1 week later, the manager who lets several people pass before us on the pretext that they have only a few items!
With a 6 year old child getting impatient in the shop and a baby waiting with his father outside in the heat, it's shameful! And he dares to tell us that if we are not happy we only have to leave when we show him our dissatisfaction!
And how !
No merchant at all it's a shame especially for an amount of 600 dinars on which you sit just out of pride! When you are a trader you have to have a sense of commerce! Fortunately we will not put 1 millime more and we will not advertise it!
Being a pastry chef in France I have never seen such behavior from suppliers or salespeople, when I buy my raw materials in a store everyone is in line and everyone is patient for their turn to arrive!
