Not good as expected
The only good thing was the high quality rooms. Minus the remote location (and no taxi to get to the hotel, but walking half a mile to the roundabout). Food unworthy, respa take care of non-language cleaners when there is time, money exchange "maybe tomorrow", staff interested in customer service only if the manager is visible.
