Not even a one star hotel, old and almost falling apart, I can’t still believe how dare the ministry of tourism classify it as 4 stars! Staff are doing their best but unfortunately this could not change much to the experience. Very noisy environment, you can’t sleep at all night or day as at night you have the golf brau and during the day, aqua palace and in between the screaming from the park nearby! I don’t recommend this hotel! Worst hospitality experience....
My husband paid for a four star hotel but got a one star room. Without the flat to charge the cell phone, we are shocked. It's a scam, even Wi-Fi doesn't work. Never again
I booked a 4-star hotel and if it does not exceed one star the furniture is very old The towels are old and not clean Cleanliness Average Internet is poor. I do not recommend it.
Not a bad hotel
the place is quite good, the rooms are clean, the food is sort of delicious.. the hotel is acceptable in general.
