At the hotel, the staff of Russians hates and does not hide it ignoring our brother, the rooms are old, the furniture is splitting, in the first room the refrigerator and the air conditioner did not work and the water from the tap was flowing in a thin stream, the stench of the sewer, in the second there was no refrigerator at all, but the air conditioner worked the tap was flowing right and there was no stench, we decided to stay there and not experiment with the numbers. No kitchen. The territory of the hotel is more or less clean, and on the street there is a continuous garbage dump, it caught my eye and nose right from the airport. I don't want to go to Tunisia anymore.

AVOID THIS Poor Hotel. Avoid this mediocre hotel; You are badly received with an anti TUNISIAN reception team especially and not qualified even with other nationalities, to let you wait for hours without explanations AND to deliver your reserved room to you and pay in advance via an TO or differently by being able to exceed the 3 hours of waiting and no manager will explain the cause to you, and even if you ask for it you will risk a collision with these unqualified receptionists; You will also risk that you will be delivered an uncleaned room as you will see in the photos, and if you refuse it you will wait again and again to finally impose on you what these staff and their managers want to do to you as dirt clearly noticed on the sheets the toilets and all the corners of the rooms, and you will notice in the corridors even rooms without doors (or with plywood doors just put for form! See photo). Apart from the dirt, the non-standard sockets in the room, the non-standard cushions, the non-standard beds with their old mattresses full of dust mites, you will notice the hotel's common WCs very dirty and without follow-up cleaning by the Staff as well the carpet in the torn and very dirty hallways with complete indifference from the managers of this hotel. When it comes to catering, eating out is a tip. This hotel is beautiful and well the shame of Tunisian tourism either for Tunisians or for foreigners, and I am putting in charge the travel agencies that put it on sale and will have the same share of responsibility with this hotel if they continue to do so. sell without upgrading it and without putting their leaders in front of their legal and moral responsibility.
