Very friendly staff. Kitchen without frills, but I'm happy with it. Animation works for children all the time. Security at a very high level.

Had expected more, unfortunately very little choice in the food and everything very bland seasoned, staff attentive, but partly not interested in the standard guest, but very focused on their regulars, so it is hardly possible to get a nice window seat when eating, as this though no one comes extremely meticulously adorned to wait whoever ... here for a big point deduction, then you do not think a holiday in the 5 star hotel ... of course, this is not comparable with Germany, however, the booking my way corresponds to the Expectations and you will be pointed to the upgrade in the Starprestigebereich, which then contains exactly the points, which so far every other 5 - star hotel wherever we were had (for example, mini bar, etc.) In addition, the cleanliness and the room decor very much to be desired, there is a nice balcony, but this can hardly be used due to the poor seating, here ha So far I have not seen a hotel (even in worse categories) that were so spartan. Next, the ant street in the bathroom, as well as the noise you room renovations every morning at about 7:30 clock and a wake up from sleep at about 11 o'clock after which one comes from the breakfast is gone - such work should be laid in the afternoon. .. A great pity, because the plant would certainly give more and you could spend a much nicer and more relaxed holiday.
