We pay extra to stay in bungalow for us and my parents as they only had 2 bungalow available at the time of booking so my brother need to stay in standard room . When we arrived my parents bungalow was nice new bathroom, my brother room was ok as for standard room new TV big 2 single beds. But bungalow which we was allocated was horrible and we travel with 20 month old baby. When I asked for different bungalow they give us one next to intimate please. Next day I went there again and explain that we have baby.! He send me to see some other bungalow in total was 6 or 7 all the same standards horrible, bathroom disgusting I refuse to bath baby in that. When I asked for standard room instead (as was chipper from bungalow) he told me is more expensive 😳🤯. So we found bungalow after seeing 4 more. I lost 1,5 day off holidays because of that. 2 night before end was lots of rain. As we was so unlucky of course we get floodlit ! When we asked for room to stay for a night was no rooms available🤯! So I asked for extra bed to my brother room. Next morning I was promised bungalow will be cleaned. After breakfast we went to see and of course nothing done. Of course they didn't believe us so my boyfriend took manager and women from customers relationship to show them it was around 12:30pm . After that they give us room for last night. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

This is an almost perfect deal when it comes to value for your money. The hotel isn't new and that's evident when you enter the room, but it's very clean and organized. Great majority of all employees are extremely kind and helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure all guests are comfortable. The food is varied but not all of it is for the weak. It's Tunisia, expect some of the food to be very spicy. The service quality was above our expectations. One of the top assets of this resort is the animation team, creating a joyful environment the whole time. I would definitely come back.
