Nice beach

Perfect location, service and cleanliness above expectations. Great for families with kids. The hotel has a prime location at the end of the gorgeous La Mansoura beach, next to a rocky headland. The private beach is wide and has a good number of umbrellas and bed beaches (no need to get up early to reserve one), beach towels are provided. The sand was clean at all times. The property is massive, with a couple of outdoor pools, and another one indoor. It also has a spa, and tennis courts. The amenities are generally well maintained. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfy. They all have a balcony. The buffet restaurant has a great choice of food. The hotel attracts mainly families with kids rather than couples or young groups. Every evening, music is played near the outdoor pool (DJ, live singing, etc.) with children and parents dancing. It was quite loud and could be heard from every corner of the hotel. The vibe is overall inappropriate for guests seeking a cosy, intimate and peaceful retreat. The service was above expectations. All the staff members were wearing masks all the time (due to Covid precautionary measures). Making a booking was not hassle free though. The only way is to ring the reservation service directly (not easy to get hold of) or through a couple of agents (Promohotel and Tunisie Booking). The hotel requires a minimum 2-night stay. PS: Loved the rabbits jumping around in the car park. So cute!

Very bad service

If you are looking for a private beach, you are in the right place. we really enjoyed the crystal clear water. we spent 3 nights end of June when the hotel is almost empty. we were really pleased with the professionalism of the staff especially in term of respect of the covid protocol. However, the food quality was medium and did not meet our expectations; the lunch in the restaurant 'a la carte' was really poor quality, tasteless and cannot meet a 4 star hotel standards. Finally, there is no animation and you have nothing to do during the nights.
