I have been calling this agency for 4 days in a row, they never picked up the phone, I can also confirm that it's kind of a trend with Tunisair agencies in Tunisia, I have been trying to reach multiple agencies across Tunisia and none of them answer the phone !! My advice, Directly visit one of their offices or just use an other airline that will actually provide you with information about their services
